At Royal Culture we do our best to supply the most accurate images of the products we are selling, including information on the products materials and care. As well as the most accurate sizing information to ensure your product will fit you in the best way possible.

Please take a second to read over this information on the product page before adding to cart, please make sure you have selected the correct size before continuing. 

If you have placed your order and discover that you have made a mistake in the choice of size or colour and wish to change this, you can send an email using our Contact Us link to update us about your error including your order number and information about what you wish to change. For more information on how you should get in touch with us please see our Customer Support section.

If the item hasn't already been dispatched we will be happy to change the error, in the case that your item has already been sent then we would ask you to return it to us using our Return Policy for an exchange of the correct goods.

At Royal Culture we work closely with brands to ensure we only purchase authentic and genuine quality goods. Everything we purchase has undergone a strict quality control and authenticity check. We do not sell fakes, so you can be sure that the item you have received is genuine.

If however you aren't happy with a product you can use our Return Policy and return your item to us for a full refund.

As an online consignment store we work in partnership with manufacturers & brands. These companies reserve the right to set the value & resale price of our goods at any given time.

Our aim is to source high quality products at the most competitive rate on the market. However, as circumstances change our prices may also decrease or increase to accommodate the current market value.

BRANDED GOODS

All branded goods will be held in customs authenticity verification for up to 3-5 days prior to being shipped, once released you will receive an update via email of your tracking information. 

Shipping times to the UK/USA/EUROPE & surrounding countries vary depending on which shipping option you have chosen & which product you wish to purchase, standard shipping times on our products are around 10-14 days & express shipping is normally 5-7 days. Please be aware of which option you have chosen at checkout before continuing.

Orders over £200/$250 will automatically be eligible for free express shipping worldwide.

As a drop-shipping company, we work in partnership with manufacturers and brands which means our products are internationally shipped directly from their manufacturer/branding company.

This means that international custom fees may be applied to the products you purchase on our site, for more information on this please see our FAQ on custom fees.

As an international drop-shipping company, all of our products are supplied directly from their branding/manufacturing companies. This means that all of our products go through a strict authenticity check and may be held in customs for a few days prior to delivery. 

You may be charged a small handling fee (around £15 to the UK on branded goods) with taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised or disappointed by charges you were not expecting.

As orders are placed on site they go through a number of processes before being sent out for delivery, depending on which product you have ordered.

If your product was branded it may take a little while longer to clear. This means your order goes through customs clearance and authenticity verification before being sent out for delivery.

As soon as an item has cleared, we will receive the tracking information. This tracking information will always be sent to you directly by email including a link where you can track the status of your delivery with live updates. For more information on customs fees & clearance please see our FAQ.

If you received an error on checkout during your purchase it could be down to a few things:

-Check your total amount doesn't succeed £1000.00 as our current threshold only allows up to this amount to be paid from a card at one time, if your total succeeds this amount then please remove a few items from your cart and continue to checkout. If this helps, you can add the other items to your cart and purchase them separately. 

-Make sure your cards billing address and registered card address are the same, if they are different you may have problems.

-Double check the card details you have entered match correctly, any mistakes and your order will be declined.

-If none of the above apply to you, please make sure you are using the most recent & updated version of your browser as this has been known to cause faults.

Currently our site is only set up to process orders in GBP(£). However, you may use our currency selector at the top left hand of our site to get a current and up to date market exchange rate on the currency you currently use.

Once you add the items you wish to purchase to cart, your order total will be exchanged back to GBP(£) at the current market value.

Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfillment errors, such as damaged, defected or missing items. If you receive a damaged or defected product from us, this product can be returned for a full refund. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in their received condition. If you received/ordered the wrong size you can return for exchange or store credit.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Any product you order can be returned for exchange, you can exchange for the correct size or exchange your order for store credit. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

1. Contact Customer Support to first give us a full reason for the returned item and to obtain a unique return code, please state your return reason.
2. Write the return code in a conspicuous place on the outside or in a piece of paper of the return parcel.
