RETURNS, REFUNDS & BUYER PROTECTION POLICY

At Royal Culture, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we work with independent sellers and source limited stock, all refund and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, including sizing issues, receiving a damaged item, or receiving an incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be returned within 7 days of approval of your return request.
• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return costs are not covered for normal returns.

Items returned without prior contact or outside of the 7-day period may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund or exchange has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Buyer Protection

We provide Buyer Protection for purchases where an item is:

  • Significantly different from the listing description

  • Received with undisclosed damage, defects or condition issues

  • The incorrect item was received

  • Determined by Royal Culture to be counterfeit, inauthentic or materially misrepresented

If you believe your purchase qualifies for Buyer Protection, you must notify Royal Culture within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

All claims must be supported by clear photographs, videos and any additional information requested by our team.

Where necessary, items may be required to undergo an in-hand inspection and authentication process before a claim can be approved.

If Royal Culture determines that an item is materially different from its description, contains undisclosed damage, or is counterfeit or inauthentic, we will arrange collection of the item and provide an appropriate resolution.

Royal Culture reserves the sole right to determine the outcome of all Buyer Protection claims.

Relisting Service

If you no longer wish to keep an item that does not qualify for Buyer Protection, you do not want to pay to return or you missed the 7 day return window, you may use Royal Culture's relisting service.

Rather than returning the item to the original seller, buyers may request that the item be relisted for sale on the Royal Culture marketplace. Once sold, we will arrange collection and cover shipping costs.

To qualify for relisting, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as originally received

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Be free from stains, odours, damage, alterations or excessive handling

To request a relisting, buyers must submit clear and current photographs of the item for review.

Once approved, Royal Culture will list the item for sale and once sold arrange collection of the item and relist it on the platform on the buyer's behalf.

Items that fail inspection or do not meet the above requirements may be rejected for relisting and returned to the buyer.

Policy Abuse

Royal Culture is committed to protecting both buyers and sellers.

We reserve the right to reject claims, refuse relisting requests, suspend accounts and restrict access to the platform where we reasonably believe a customer is abusing our policies.

Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to:

  • Wearing or using an item before attempting to return it

  • Making false claims regarding authenticity, condition or description

  • Repeatedly purchasing items for temporary use

  • Attempting to obtain refunds without valid grounds

  • Providing misleading or fraudulent information during a dispute

Final Decision

All decisions relating to returns, refunds, authenticity, disputes, Buyer Protection claims and relisting eligibility are made at the sole discretion of Royal Culture.

Our policies are designed to provide a fair marketplace that protects both buyers and private sellers while maintaining trust within the streetwear community.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Free if the item is incorrect, faulty, or damaged
  • Paid for by the buyer if change of mind, doesn't fit, or no longer wanted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will resolve this at no cost to you.


Cancellations

  • Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or redirected

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days
  • Items must be unworn and in original packaging
  • Customers must cover return shipping costs
  • Items can only be exchanged once
  • Exchanged items are not eligible for refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you if your refund is approved
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are returned worn, damaged, or incomplete
