OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Royal Culture. Throughout the site, the terms "Royal Culture", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Royal Culture.

Royal Culture operates an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of streetwear, footwear, luxury fashion and related products. Our platform enables users to buy, sell, authenticate and trade products through a secure marketplace environment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Royal Culture is not the owner, retailer or seller of items listed by independent sellers on the platform. Royal Culture provides marketplace services, including listing management, payment processing, authentication services where applicable, logistics support and dispute resolution.

By accessing our website, creating an account, listing an item, purchasing an item or otherwise using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies referenced herein.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including buyers, sellers, visitors, merchants and contributors of content.

Royal Culture reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The Royal Culture platform is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the technology infrastructure used to operate our marketplace.

SECTION 1 – PLATFORM USE

By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

Users may not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose.

Users agree not to upload, list, advertise, sell or attempt to sell any counterfeit, stolen, prohibited or otherwise unlawful products.

Users must not introduce malicious software, viruses, harmful code or other technologies that may interfere with the operation of the platform.

Royal Culture reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate access to the platform where a user breaches these Terms or where we reasonably believe activity is fraudulent, abusive or harmful to the marketplace.



SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

 
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

 
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. SECTION 4 – MARKETPLACE SERVICES AND FEES

Royal Culture reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the platform, including marketplace features, authentication services, shipping services, pricing structures and seller fees, at any time.

Any marketplace fees, commissions, authentication charges, shipping costs or service charges may be amended from time to time at Royal Culture's discretion.

Royal Culture shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension or modification of marketplace services.

SECTION 5 – MARKETPLACE LISTINGS, SALES AND AUTHENTICITY

Royal Culture provides a platform through which independent sellers may list items for sale and buyers may purchase those items.

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that listings, descriptions, photographs, sizing information, condition reports and all other listing content are accurate and not misleading.

Royal Culture reserves the right to reject, edit, suspend or remove any listing at its sole discretion.

Where Royal Culture offers authentication, verification, inspection, storage, fulfilment or shipping services, such services do not transfer ownership of listed items to Royal Culture.

Royal Culture may refuse transactions, remove listings or restrict accounts where we reasonably suspect:

  • Counterfeit goods
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misleading listings
  • Prohibited items
  • Breaches of marketplace policies
  • Conduct harmful to the marketplace community

Royal Culture makes reasonable efforts to maintain marketplace integrity but cannot guarantee that all user-generated content, listings, descriptions or photographs will be free from inaccuracies.

All transactions conducted through the platform remain subject to Royal Culture's Buyer Protection Policy, Returns Policy, Authentication Policy and any other applicable marketplace policies.

SECTION 6 – ORDERS, PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS

Royal Culture reserves the right to review, reject, cancel or suspend any transaction where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment irregularities, policy violations or marketplace abuse.

Buyers agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and account information when placing orders.

Sellers agree to provide accurate account, identity and payment information when listing items for sale.

Royal Culture may place holds on transactions, delay payouts, request additional verification or suspend marketplace activity where necessary to investigate disputes, authenticity concerns, fraud prevention matters or policy breaches.

Buyers and sellers acknowledge that Royal Culture may act as an intermediary for payment processing, authentication, shipping coordination and dispute resolution services.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

 
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
