How much does shipping cost?
At Royal Culture we do our best to make all Shipping costs free to our customers and offer worldwide express shipping.
Item Processing Time:
The processing time is the time it takes to prepare the item(s) for shipment. There are different processing times for different items depending on product category and volume. Usually, it is around 1-2 working days to process orders but some products may need to be sourced & authenticated which can take around 3-5 working days on average before dispatch, you will be informed at checkout of how long the product will take so please double check this before checking out.
SHIPPING METHODS AT CHECKOUT:
SOURCED/AUTHENTICATED FIRST: it depends how quickly the seller dispatches the item to us (normally within 3-5 days it will clear authentication) on average you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 working days worldwide once authentication has cleared & it has shipped.
SIZES MARKED WITH (🚀*): These will be dispatched the same or next working day and arrive within 1-2 days(UK) /3-5 days once shipped worldwide.
EXPRESS: Any product with express shipping at checkout will deliver within 2-5 days worldwide.
Shipping Method:
We use to deliver your product through a tracked service. Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, USPS (Media Mail, Parcel Select Ground), UPS (UPS SurePost®). Delivery time varies with the shipping method. Time in transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from.

If you received an item sold by Royal Culture that is either incorrect, damaged, defective or does not match its description, please visit Returns & Refund policy page to know how to return your goods.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e- mail.

What Happens If My Item Says Delivered but I Didn't Receive It?
At Royal Culture, we ensure all items are shipped with tracked delivery and require confirmation of delivery from the courier. Once an item is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, our responsibility as a marketplace ends.
If Your Tracking Shows Delivered:

We will release payment to the seller once the courier confirms successful delivery.

If you believe the item has been stolen or misplaced after delivery, we recommend contacting:

The courier directly to initiate a delivery dispute or claim.

Your home insurance provider, as some policies cover theft of parcels.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replace items once delivery has been confirmed by the courier to the correct address.
