Once you place your order on site, we will contact the seller to ship it to us, we authenticate your goods and have them shipped out by express delivery. You are 100% secured by Royal Culture!
SHIPPING TIMES
Most products are sourced from a verified retailer and ship within 3-5 days but some items may take longer if they are from a reseller, you will be given the exact shipping time for each product when you reach checkout. Every item is shipped with express delivery, includes a tracking code and is insured. On average, delivery times are 7 - 14 days in total, for an item to be received by a buyer from a reseller. The delivery time primarily depends on what country the item is being shipped to and for the product to pass through all authenticity verification & quality control checks.
RETURNS
Returns can be made up to 30 days after purchase for a refund or exchange. Even though we are a consignment store, resellers do not receive their payment until 7 days have passed to ensure customer satisfaction.
